Refund policy

Thank you so much for supporting independent shops and placing an order with Awakening! Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason. This is for the health and safety of our staff and customers, and is a very firm policy, so please do your research before purchasing a product. We are always happy to answer questions and help you select the right item, please come into a physical location or email us at hello@awakeningboutique.com for assistance and recommendations.

If a toy is defective or malfunctions, read the full instructions and make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly/the charger is fully plugged in/all of those silly small things that are easy to miss. If the toy is definitely defective, check and see if it has a manufacturers warranty. Most of the toy brands we stock will replace any product that is defective, you will just need to contact the manufacturer through their website and report the issue. Reach out to us if you need help contacting any of the brands that we carry, or if you would like us to re-send a receipt. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HANDLE THE EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT FOR YOU.

We are a small team made up entirely of humans that are capable of making mistakes, so if we forgot an item in your order please email us with your order number and let us know what is missing! We will be make sure that our mistake is corrected and you receive your full order ASAP. In the case that we have shipped you the wrong product, please do not open the product package. Take a picture of the product and email us with your name and order number.

In the rare case that we do need to issue a refund - like if our inventory was incorrect and we do not have the item that you purchased in stock - we will issue the refund immediately, but please wait a full 48-72 hours for the money to return to your bank account.
