Shipping policy

All orders from Awakening ship from our storefront in Denver via USPS, unless otherwise specified. You may select either First Class or Priority Mail when choosing a shipping method. Either option will have a tracking number, which will be shared with you as soon as we have it.

We pack and ship out orders 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday, and do our best to have your order on its way to you within 48 hours of ordering. If there is some reason that it will take longer for us to send it out, we will contact you via text message or email (depending on the contact information you entered at checkout).

Please remember that once the package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS and we no longer have any control over it! We cannot change or cancel orders once they have been shipped, and unfortunately there is not much we can do if the package is held up or the postal service is delayed for some reason.
